Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or add a discount once the order has been placed.

We are sorry to hear that your payment didn't go through .  Please check with your bank that there are no restrictions on foreign payments as this is the most common reason. Please feel free to contact us otherwise.

We are currently delivering to Hong Kong and Macau only. Unfortunately, we don’t do overseas shipping but it would be available in the coming months.

If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact our delivery team (+852 34691628) 4-7 working days before your delivery date, otherwise, you may incur an additional administrative fee.

For sofas, the estimated time of delivery depends on the manufacturing process, as well as shipping and handling. It is usually 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of payment. Our delivery team will contact you 4-7 days prior to delivery.

If you are purchasing in-store, you would be given an estimated delivery datebased on the best information we have. Majority of orders will usually dispatch accordance with our estimated delivery date. However, the estimated date cannot be guaranteed. Once we have confirmed further details, such as confirmation from our supplier and the date of your item reaches our deport, you would be contacted from us for arranging a home delivery which suitable for you. As we are facing high demand of orders and qualifying top quality of our products, please allow us time to process before taking any preparation for your home delivery.
Yes, old sofa removal service can be provided by our delivery team. Our sales team and delivery team is working separately, please contact our delivery team (+852 34691628)  directly for an estimated price. The cost of the removal is various from on the size and the type of sofa, the final price would be decided on the arrival date.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a 3-4 hour window for delivery, we apologize for not being able to give you a more precise time due to changing circumstances such as traffic.
 

Our team has great experience in time management but in the unlikely event when our team are running late or early, we will always keep you updated.

If there are no updates then you can assume that delivery will be arriving at notified time.

 

Lastly, although we want you to enjoy your sofa as soon as possible. The delivery and installation can be complex. Setting up each sofa perfectly for our customers are can be time consuming but remains our top prioritize, therefore we thank you for your patience.

A text message would be sent about your estimate 4 hours timeframe on the day of your delivery, then you will receive a confirmation call about an hour before your sofa arrives.

We are highly recommended to have over 18 adults receive the order.

Is cancellation an option?

We cannot accept cancellation unless there is limited stock from our supplier or a significant delay enough to warrant cancellation, but this is extremely rare. If you are experiencing this issue, we can offer loan furniture as an alternative option.

Of course! You can ask someone to accept delivery for you, as long as they are over 18 and willing to take responsibility for your order. He/she accept your delivery will need to sign a confirmation of delivery for you, to confirm that there are no missing or damaged items, everything is in as good condition as you order. A warm reminder - it is still your responsibility to make sure that you’re satisfied with our products. Unlikely events like faulty items or missing items need to be reported before our delivery and installation specialists leave.

Can you store the furniture for me? We offer 180 days for free storage after the purchase date, please contact us to arrange the storage and the delivery.

Our sofa includes a free 10-year structural warranty, starting from the invoicing.  The structural warranty covers webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back, seat cushions , recliner mechanisms and the internal wooden frame. 

My sofa is making squeaks, creaks or noisesDon’t worry, creaking or squeaking noises are completely normal in all of the new sofas! We always make sure our products have the best quality before we put them on the market. The noises are caused by the furniture frame because it is smoothing out between the dowels and joints in the sofa’s suspension system. As long as the sofa is used correctly, the noises will gradually reduce over time.   
The internal mechanism in your recliner would cause clicking, squeaking and metallic spring noises while in use. But it is extremely normal, as long as the recliner is used correctly. Pleasure make sure there is no blocking surrounding the recliner or in the mechanism.
