PayPal and Shop Pay) via Shopify Payment. The default currency is HKD (Hong

A confirmation email would be sent from us once you’ve successfully
placed your order. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your
junk mail.
You can just simply add the discount code before the
payment page. Please make sure to enter the discount code before you make your
payment. We don’t want you to miss out on saving a few extra bucks! 😊
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or add a discount
once the order has been placed.
We are sorry to hear that your payment
didn't go through ☹. Please
check with your bank that there are no restrictions on foreign payments as this
is the most common reason. Please feel free to contact us otherwise.

We provide up to 150 quality leather colors.

We are currently delivering to
Hong Kong and Macau only. Unfortunately, we don’t do overseas shipping but it
would be available in the coming months.
If you would like to change
the delivery address, please contact our delivery team (+852 34691628) 4-7
working days before your delivery date, otherwise, you may incur an additional
administrative fee.
For sofas, the estimated time
of delivery depends on the manufacturing process, as well as shipping and
handling. It is usually 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of payment. Our delivery
team will contact you 4-7 days prior to delivery.

We will contact you for the delivery
arrangement as soon as we process your purchase order.
On the day of delivery, you
will receive a 3-4 hour window for delivery, we apologize for not being able to
give you a more precise time due to changing circumstances such as traffic.
Our team has great experience in
time management but in the unlikely event when our team are running late or
early, we will always keep you updated.
If there are no updates then
you can assume that delivery will be arriving at notified time.
Lastly, although we want you to
enjoy your sofa as soon as possible. The delivery and installation can be
complex. Setting up each sofa perfectly for our customers are can be time
consuming but remains our top prioritize, therefore we thank you for your
patience.
A text
message would be sent about your estimate 4 hours timeframe on the day of your
delivery, then you will receive a confirmation call about an hour before your
sofa arrives.
We are highly recommended to
have over 18 adults receive the order.

some rare occasions are beyond our control with manufacture and shipping, but don’t

Is cancellation an option?
We cannot accept cancellation unless there is limited stock from our supplier or a significant
delay enough to warrant cancellation, but this is extremely rare. If you are
experiencing this issue, we can offer loan furniture as an alternative option.
Our sofa includes a free 10-year structural warranty, starting from the invoicing. The structural warranty covers webbing or springs your sofa uses to support the back, seat cushions , recliner mechanisms and the internal wooden frame.
